The Firegoose can broadcast any text selected in a webpage. The selected text first must be captured using Capture Selection found on the right-click context menu or the Tools menu.

For example, select the following list of Halobacterium genes:

VNG0149G
VNG0160G
VNG0329G
VNG1862G
VNG2239C
VNG2323H

Now right click anywhere on the page and select Capture Selection.

The selected items will now be available for broadcast to the Gaggle or other web sites.
