Genome Browser

The genome browser is a way of visualizing data plotted against coordinates on the genome. Tiling arrays and ChIP-chip data are a couple use cases. It's still a work in progress...

Release 0.3

Version 0.3 adds a bookmarking feature and several bug fixes...

Launch genome browser

Halo tiling array

Launch genome browser with Halobacterium tiling array data. (available to Halo group only for now)

Download halo tiling array dataset. (available to Halo group only for now)

Warning: There seems to be a lot of problems downloading this file. Firefox doesn't seem to work. It ends up downloading the HTML 401 error code that is supposed to cause the browser to ask for a password. Not good. IE or Safari will download the file successfully. Also, the unzipper built into some versions of Windows will crash on this file. UltimateZip should be installed on all ISB windows boxes and will unzip the file.

Halo growth curve data

Launch genome browser with Halobacterium growth curve data. (available to Halo group only for now)

The source will be made available. For now, it's available by request.
